General Provisions

pori9 ("we", "platform", "site") operates an online casino and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the pori9.bar website and all services available under it.

The name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be true and accurate. If an account is opened with false information, it may be closed at any time and the balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pori9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity. A national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested for withdrawal requests or transactions above a certain amount. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your pori9 account secure is your own responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• Exercise caution when logging in from an unfamiliar device or public Wi-Fi.
• If you suspect any unauthorized login, notify our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pori9 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. There may be a slight delay during identity verification or system maintenance.

4.4 Ownership of Funds

Deposited funds must be your own, and the payment account used for the deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

pori9 offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. Or, depositing ৳22,000 adds the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified period from the date it was credited, it will expire.
• pori9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play & RNG

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Limitation of Liability

pori9 is not responsible for the following:
